Adam Zeiger has spent his entire career in the seniors housing and long-term care industry with several of the industry’s most prominent public companies. Over the course of his career, Mr. Zeiger has led teams who have financed or acquired roughly $5 billion in healthcare real estate.
Currently, Mr. Zeiger is a Director at Hudson Advisors, a large real estate asset management and advisory firm. From 2018-2020, Mr. Zeiger was Senior Vice President and Chief Relationship Officer for Invesque Inc. (TSX: IVQ-U), a $1.8B enterprise value healthcare real estate investment company. While there, Mr. Zeiger led business development efforts for the firm, and originated and negotiated the transformational, $340 million acquisition of Commonwealth Senior Living. Before joining Invesque, he was the Senior Investment Officer for Care Capital Properties, Inc. (NYSE: CCP), a ~$4 billion healthcare REIT focused primarily on the post-acute sector. Adam led business development and investment activity for CCP from the time the company spun from Ventas, Inc. until its acquisition in August 2017.
Prior to joining CCP, Adam was Senior Vice President, Originations at GE Capital, Healthcare Financial Services, one of the leading lenders to the seniors housing and care industry. Over nearly a decade at GE, his time included positions in several capacities, including underwriting and portfolio management. While in his originations role, Adam was responsible for sourcing and structuring transactions based in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic United states, where he successfully completed over $2.8 billion of balance sheet loans.
He began his career with five years as an investment analyst at Welltower, Inc. (f/k/a Health Care REIT, Inc. NYSE: HCN) in Toledo, OH.
Adam has a Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University and an MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland – College Park.
