Chris Taylor is Managing Director for Capital One’s Healthcare Real Estate team. Chris works with a team of over 50 people in providing debt capital to the Long Term Care space utilizing the company’s Balance Sheet as well as offering Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and HUD financing options. Prior to Capital One Chris held a similar position with GE Capital. Chris has over 35 years of lending experience in a variety of roles including the last 15 years in the Senior Housing and Skilled Nursing sectors.
