Since 2017, Kathy has led Freddie Mac’s national Seniors Housing Underwriting and Credit team. She is responsible for a 35% increase in loan originations by spearheading the build of a nationwide credit and underwriting platform, resulting in annual volume of 200 loans per year, representing 30% of the nation’s Seniors Housing permanent debt market.   Freddie Mac is a secondary market Multifamily mortgage lender with over $70 billion of loans funded annually.   Since 2009, the firm has funded over $17 billion of seniors housing loans and securitized through Freddie Mac’ signature K and KS series securitization platform.
