Renee Kimberly is the Director of Business Systems Intelligence at Watermark Retirement Communities, where she leads initiatives in business intelligence, analytics, and artificial intelligence. She partners with leaders across the organization to use data and technology to improve sales performance, revenue optimization, consumer insights, and executive decision-making. Renee has 21 years of experience in senior living, with much of her career focused on sales and sales leadership. She has also held leadership roles in the software industry, giving her a unique perspective on applying AI to solve practical business challenges. Her work focuses on helping senior living organizations improve performance, enhance the customer experience, and make better decisions through data-driven insights.
