Robert Chapin currently serves as CEO and Co-CIO for Bridge Investment Group (NYSE:BRDG), Seniors Housing investment strategy consisting of 3 closed end funds totaling $4.5 billion of AUM and a fully integrating seniors housing operating platform Bridge Senior Living with over 3,200 employees nationally making Bridge one of the largest owners and operators of private pay seniors housing. Mr. Chapin also serves on the Board of Directors and audit committee of the National Investment Center for Senior Housing and Care (NIC) in addition he serves on the Public Policy Committee for the American Seniors Housing Association (ASHA).
From late 2005 to 2013, Robb served as Founder, Co-Chief Executive Officer Servant Healthcare Investments, LLC, Servant Healthcare Investments was the sub-advisors to a public non-traded healthcare REIT with over $1 billion of AUM focused on seniors housing and other healthcare related properties. From 1999 to 2005, Robb served as Executive Vice President for Trustreet Properties, Inc. (“A CNL Financial Group Legacy Fund”), a publicly traded commercial net lease REIT with over 3000 properties in over 40 states. Robb received his BS in education and was a scholarship athlete at Appalachian State University.
