Many useful and convenient resources have been made available for your use during the conference. Be sure to check them out below.

Additional information, including the times and locations of these resources, will be made available in the 2025 NIC Fall Conference Final Program and in the NIC Conference Mobile App. 

NOTE: Finalized attendee resources will be listed in the 2025 NIC Fall Conference Final Program. The below are tentative, based on previous events. 

  • Attendee Listing

    Located exclusively via the NIC Conference Mobile App, the Attendee Listing includes attendees who registered and chose to be listed. You can export the Attendee Listing to Excel to sort and/or print using the desktop version of the mobile app. 

  • Beverage Cart

    Stop by our Italian Soda Bar to create your perfect fizzy treat! Choose from a variety of refreshing flavors and customize your own sparkling soda just the way you like it.

  • Coat & Item Check

    Need a place to stash your coat or briefcase? Coat & Item Check can lighten your load. 

     

  • Conference Concierges

    Our Conference Concierges are located throughout the conference space and will be delighted to assist you with any needs you might have—from mobile device chargers to hand lotion and other personal comforts.

    The NIC Conference Mobile App is your one-stop portal to all conference information including:

  • Evening Car Service

    Complimentary car service is available from the JW Marriott Austin on Monday and Tuesday nights to transport you to your night out in Austin (within a 5-mile radius of hotel)

    Be greeted with delicious treats when you come back from dinner on Monday and Tuesday night. The dessert cart will be available in the lobby for you, so be sure to grab a delicious delicacy and take it with you back to your room or wherever else your night takes you!

  • NIC Café

    Enjoy fresh fare during conference hours when it’s convenient for you! The NIC Café will be a stationary market serving breakfast, lunch, and morning and afternoon breaks. Healthy choices gluten-free options, and a Kosher section will be availableMost menu items are designed to be portable, so eat around the NIC Café or take your food back to the networking lounge to continue your meetings. Enjoy this efficient way to stay nourished throughout your busy day! 

  • Relaxation Station

    Take a moment to unwind with a soothing upper-body chair massage between sessions and meetings.
