Lauren Byrne is an Originator in Enterprise’s real estate equity business, operating under Enterprise Community Investment, an Enterprise Community Partners affiliate. As a national equity originator across the various real estate equity funds, she focuses on sourcing, evaluating, structuring and negotiating on and off-market workforce housing deals nationally. She also assisted in the management and lead the deployment of the Opportunity Zone equity funds. Lauren has been with Enterprise since 2018.

Lauren has a diverse real estate background having worked at J.P. Morgan, NY-based investor and developer, The Georgetown Company, and a hospitality start-up, Getaway. She has extensive experience in mixed use, residential, retail, office and campground/recreational assets and has been involved in the acquisition, development, asset management or financing of over $13 billion of assets. She is recognized as a skilled, creative, results-oriented investor and real estate specialist.

Lauren received a B.A. in Economics from Columbia University.
