Phil brings over 20 years of healthcare real estate investments experience, with 18 years at Ventas and Welltower, where he facilitated more than $15 billion in transactions, ranging from single-property acquisitions to public-company mergers.

Phil most recently served as Executive Managing Director for Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors, a national healthcare advisory firm based in Chicago. Previously, he served as Chief Investment Officer for two operating platforms of a +$5 billion vertically integrated real estate investment manager. Phil graduated from the University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance, Magna Cum Laude.
