Rob Henderson is a respected leader with over 27 years of experience in the senior living industry. He currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Senior Resource Group, a leading senior housing provider based in Solana Beach, California.

Rob began his career in Skilled Nursing and has since led operations across all levels of care—including Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. He has held key leadership roles at top organizations like Sunrise Senior Living, MBK Senior Living, and most recently, as COO of Westmont Living.

His contributions to the industry have earned him recognition from the San Diego Business Journal as one of “San Diego’s 50 People Making a Difference” in 2020 and one of the “500 Most Influential People in San Diego” in 2021.

A graduate of San Diego State University, Rob lives in Oceanside with his wife and three children.
