Susan Barlow is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business, product development, capital formation and along with Kathryn Sweeney, setting the long-term strategic direction for Blue Moon Capital Partners. Susan is Chairperson of the Management and Investment Committees. She has over 30 years of experience advising institutional real estate clients on branding, strategy implementation, product development and capital formation. Susan is the current chair of the Board of Directors for the National Investment Center for the Seniors Housing and Care (NIC).
