Fritz Kieckhefer is a Managing Director in the Healthcare Group at CIBC Bank USA. Fritz is responsible for managing new and existing relationships and providing financing to operators, owners, and developers of senior housing and skilled nursing facilities nationwide. He is actively involved in the Senior Housing industry and is an active member of the NIC Future Leaders Council.
Fritz grew up in Wisconsin and graduated from The University of Wisconsin – Madison with a double major in Finance and Real Estate. He received his MBA from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management. Fritz lives in Chicago with his wife, Amy, and their three children, Anna, Marie, and Price.

Morgin Morris

Morgin Morris is a Senior Banker based in KeyBank’s Seattle office focusing on debt placement for seniors housing and skilled nursing in the West. With over $3B in debt placement, Morgin specializes in creative debt solutions with a focus on understanding the operations and long term strategic plans of her clients.
Before joining KeyBank in 2010, she was a seniors housing underwriter at Guaranty Bank and BBVA Compass. She is a former NIC Future Leader’s Council Chair, and Key Young Professionals Chair. Morgin currently serves on the Board for Seattle Parks and Recreational, Associated Recreational Council as Treasurer.
