As senior managing director and head of living sectors for Cushman & Wakefield, Zach supports a team of nearly 125 professionals located throughout the U.S. His primary focus is driving growth initiatives for CWK’s living real estate sector through the advancement of client care, data analytics, product development and talent recruitment. Property types covered include apartments, affordable, co-living, manufactured housing, self-storage, student housing and senior living.

Prior to entering operations in Senior Housing, Sevy’s investment banking career spanned a decade of lending and structuring debt solutions for Senior Housing & Healthcare. She began her career in Public Finance at Natcity Investments and moved to Chicago as an SVP for 5/3 Securities. Later at Merrill Lynch Capital she focused solely on balance sheet lending in Senior Housing. In 2009, she and her family changed their career directions as they saw a larger need in the affordable and publicly funded sector, as the growing demands in senior housing lacked private pay funds.

As NIC’s Chief Operating Officer, Chuck oversees and guides NIC’s market outreach and education, research and analytics, as well as the event programming and logistics, and corporate communications and marketing. Prior to joining NIC in 2010, Chuck worked at Cushman & Wakefield, where he held the positions within its Global Capital Markets Group of Managing Director, Investment Strategies, and Managing Director, Analytics.
