Operator Discounts:
- Operators who register 3-5 people receive an additional $100 off registration. For 6 or more, the discount is $150 each.
- To receive the multi-operator discount, all registrants have to be registered in the same transaction. Your price will automatically adjust at checkout. NIC cannot retroactively apply this discount.
Small Operators (less than 5 properties) – $1,995*
- Small Operators who register 3-5 people receive an additional $100 off registration. For 6 or more, the discount is $150 each.

Registration Policies
Circumstances may require us to revise our safety protocols as needed.
Credit Card Payments
Registration payments may be paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express).
Check Payments
Registration payments by check will be accepted until September 29, 2023. Registrations submitted using the check payment option are considered pending until payment is received. To avoid cancellation, payment must be received within 7-10 business days of submitting online registration. In the event of cancellation, hotel rooms reserved at the NIC group rate may also be canceled by NIC. Conference re-registration will be at the current registration rates. Conference credentials will not be mailed to anyone who has not paid in full by September 29, 2023. Please note that registrations purchased using company checks/credit cards can be canceled by company personnel on your behalf.
Registration Cancellations
Cancellations must be submitted online via NIC’s event registration site or by email to registrar@nic.org.
Cancellations made on or before September 29, 2023, will be assessed a $295 administrative fee.
Cancellations made after September 29, 2023, will not be refunded.
Registration Replacement
If you are no longer able to attend the 2023 NIC Fall Conference and your company would like to replace your registration with another colleague, the original registration will be canceled, and your company will be provided a code to honor the rate of the original registrant. Any replacements after September 29, 2023, will be assessed a $295 administrative fee.
