Cancel anytime, with no fees, up to 30 days prior to the event. Early registrants will receive badges and a PPE kit via mail to reduce on-site queuing.

As an increased safety measure, NIC is requiring all attendees and NIC Staff to be fully vaccinated by October 17 to attend the 2021 NIC Fall conference. Attendees must register and provide proof of vaccination by Thursday, October 28. Onsite registrations will not be accepted.

  • Seniors Housing & Care Provider (Operator)

    $2,200

      Operator Discounts:

    • Operators who register 3-5 people receive an additional $100 off registration. For 6 or more, the discount is $150 each.
    • To receive the multi-operator discount, all registrants have to be registered in the same transaction. Your price will automatically adjust at checkout. NIC cannot retroactively apply this discount.

    Small Operators (less than 5 properties) – $1,800

      Small Operator Discounts

    • Small Operators who register 3-5 people receive an additional $100 off registration. For 6 or more, the discount is $150 each.

    The Seniors Housing & Care Provider (Operator) rate is available to professionals whose current – primary business function is the active and direct day-to-day management of seniors housing and care properties.

Registration Policies

NIC takes the health and safety of all attendees seriously, which is why we are requiring every registrant to provide proof of vaccination and their photo, in a simple, secure online process handled by Safe Expo. We are working in close partnership with Safe Expo and Marriott to best align with the latest CDC guidelines for COVID-19 safety. Registration Payments
Registration payments may be paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express).

Credit Card Payments
NIC accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards.

Check Payments
Payments by check will be accepted until September 24, 2021. Registrations submitted using the check payment option are considered pending until payment is received. To avoid cancellation, payment must be received within 7-10 business days of submitting online registration. In the event of cancellation, hotel rooms reserved at the NIC group rate may also be cancelled by NIC. Conference re-registration will be at the current registration rates. Conference credentials will not be mailed to anyone who has not paid in full by September 24. Please note that registrations purchased using company checks/credit cards can be cancelled by company personnel on your behalf.

Registration Cancellations
Cancellations must be submitted online via NIC’s event registration site or by email to registrar@nic.org. Cancellations received by Friday, October 1 will receive a total refund. Cancellations requested after October 1 will be assessed a $275 administrative fee. No refunds will be given without prior communication received by before November 1. NIC does not issue credits for future NIC events.

Registration Substitutions
Replacement of a registered conference attendee by a business colleague/co-worker within the same company and professional category will be accepted. A $125 processing fee will apply to all substitutions prior to September 24, after which time substitution requests will be assessed a $275 administrative fee. Substitution requests may be submitted in writing to the NIC Registrar at registrar@nic.org until Friday, October 1. Substitutions are not permitted on-site at the conference.
