How do I receive my conference badge?
You can pick up your badge onsite at the NIC Registration Area located on Level 3 of the JW Marriott Austin.
Badge Pickup will be open:- Monday, September 8: 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Tuesday, September 9: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Wednesday, September 10: 7:30 AM – 9:00 AM
NIC does not mail badges in advance.

Which receptions should I attend?
In short, all of them. You are welcome to attend each of the receptions at the 2025 NIC Fall Conference. There are two receptions for all conference attendees and one specifically designed for first-time attendees.
