- Operators who register 3-5 people receive an additional $100 off registration. For 6 or more, the discount is $150 each.
- To receive the multi-operator discount, all registrants have to be registered in the same transaction. Your price will automatically adjust at checkout. NIC cannot retroactively apply this discount.
Small Operators (10 or fewer properties) – $1,995*

CANCELLATION, CHANGE, AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellations must be submitted online via the event registration site or by email to registrar@nic.org. Cancellations received by Thursday, July 31, will be assessed a $295 administrative fee. After Friday, August 1 no refunds will be granted. In the event of a registration cancellation, hotel rooms reserved at the NIC group rate may be cancelled by NIC. Conference re-registration will be at the current registration rates.
If you are no longer able to attend the 2025 NIC Fall Conference and your company would like to replace your registration with another colleague, a $295 administrative fee will be assessed. The original registration will be cancelled, and your company will be provided a code (if applicable) to honor the rate of the original registrant.
NIC will not refund registration fees due to travel carrier cancellations or other unforeseen incidents beyond attendees’ control. All attendees are encouraged to purchase personal travel insurance.
PAYMENTS
NIC accepts payments by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and check. Payments by check will be accepted until Thursday, July 31, 2025.
Registrations submitted using the check payment option are considered pending until payment is received. Registrations purchased using company checks can be cancelled by company personnel on your behalf.
To avoid cancellation, payment must be received within 10 business days of submitting online registration.
