Our customers are changing, but is our marketing message?  The Boomers are the first generation to move their parents into assisted living, but they are doing their best to avoid the same for themselves.  What does that mean for how our messaging needs to change to speak to this new consumer? The CEO of a major advertising agency will take a critical look at our sector and share his thoughts – as a “senior living outsider” –  about the advertising and marketing messaging he sees.  Then, in a follow-up fireside chat led by Tana Gall, Dr. Joe Coughlin will share his reactions to those observations, in light of what the MIT AgeLab research shows about the new customer and the messaging that resonates with them and their families.
