The senior housing sector is at an inflection point whereby not only additional capital needs exist to support the growing demand, but the type of capital needs to expand as well. This session will explore newer and growing sources of capital that have the opportunity to provide the right capital at the right time for the sector. Discussions will cover topics such as how to best understand investment objectives across various entities, what capital structures have the potential to support both the real estate and operations growth, and the overall outlook for investing in senior housing.
