Eamon is the owner and operator of ten assisted living facilities in Ohio, Indiana and Florida. Entering the industry in 2014 with his first building in Florida, he has bought 11 buildings and sold 1 in 2017. His primary goal is to find underperforming buildings and improve operating metrics in order to generate sustainable and positive cashflow. He currently resides in Columbus, Ohio with his wife, Katie, and two sons, Jensen and Ewan.
