Todd is the VP of Talent Acquisition responsible for hiring the right people and making a positive impact on our residents and fellow employees.
The Regional Talent Partners, Executive Recruiters, HR Analytics, and Trilogy Flex Force are all invaluable parts of the delivery team – each carrying some lofty goals of hiring 750 employees each month and growing out Flex Force team to a strength of 200+. Todd also leads the Workforce Planning team.
