The 2025 NIC Fall Conference speakers shared the latest information on the state of the industry, the economy, and capital market trends, as well as evidence-based solutions and concrete strategies that attendees leveraged for success.
That year’s program offered 16 not-to-be-missed sessions—designed to inform, inspire and provide actionable insights that helped drive business success for the years to come.
All sessions took place at the JW Marriott Austin in the Main Stage ballroom and the hands-on Innovation Lab.
High Energy and High Impact: 2025 NIC Fall Conference
The 2025 NIC Fall Conference brought together nearly 3,200 attendees in Austin, Texas for three days of educational sessions, networking opportunities, Innovation Labs, and industry insights focused on rising demand and expanding opportunity across senior housing and care.
Highlights included groundbreaking research on the value of senior housing, discussions on capital markets and development trends, real-world AI applications, and conversations around the future of aging and care delivery. The Conference also marked the 35th anniversary of the NIC Fall Conference and became the second largest event in its history.
