Anne Doyle is a nationally recognized leader in senior housing innovation, known for developing forward-looking models that integrate housing, higher education, and healthcare to foster vibrant lifelong learning. With more than 30 years of executive leadership experience across senior living, healthcare, insurance, higher education, age tech, and consulting, she has a track record of driving organizational transformation, financial performance, and strategic partnerships that create lasting value.

As Founder and CEO of Spark Living and Learning, Anne advises colleges and universities, senior housing organizations, health systems, and public-sector leaders on designing innovative models that address demographic change, evolving consumer expectations, workforce challenges, and long-term organizational sustainability. Her work focuses on creating mutually beneficial partnerships that strengthen community impact, intergenerational connections, and business performance.

Anne previously served for eight years as President of Lasell Village, the award-winning Life Plan community located on the campus of Lasell University. Under her leadership, Lasell Village achieved its strongest financial performance, quadrupled its waitlist, completed a major renovation of 16 buildings, expanded global educational partnerships, and advanced plans for future growth. Her accomplishments earned recognition as a Massachusetts’ Top 100 Women-Led Business.

Throughout her career, Anne has led organizational change in a variety of complex settings. Earlier in her career, Anne led the first statewide replication of the Program for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) in Massachusetts, developing six sites from inception to implementation. At a multi-site women’s health provider, she led a successful turnaround that increased service volume by 35 percent.

Anne serves on several nonprofit and corporate boards, including board governance and audit committees. She holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, earned her bachelor’s degree summa cum laude from Tufts University, and was a Fulbright Scholar in Sweden studying innovative housing and healthcare models for older adults.
