Diana Watts is the Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Benchmark Senior Living, where she is responsible for managing relationships with the company’s capital partners. This includes oversight of Benchmark’s asset management team, as well as the company’s FP&A, Facilities, Capex, Procurement, and Revenue Management teams. One of her proudest achievements at Benchmark is leading the renovation of 40 Benchmark communities – from planning through completion – over the course of two years.

Prior to joining Benchmark in August 2022, Watts was with the RMR Group for 9 years, where she spent time in both hotel and senior living asset management. Prior to her career in asset management, Watts held roles in Accounting, Finance and Corporate Strategy for industry-leading brands across several industries including Staples, Bright Horizons and Marriott International.
