Kurt Read, Principal, RSF Partners, oversees RSF’s fund and corporate development. RSF is a real estate private equity firm that is actively investing its latest fund, RSF Partners VII ($450 million in committed equity), in senior living and opportunistic commercial real estate.  Over the past two decades RSF has managed over $1B in equity commitments in seven discretionary funds.  Mr. Read has opportunistically invested in operating intensive real estate assets and companies for over 30 years and has been a director of a number of private and public senior living and hospitality companies including the Forum Group, Inc., Omega Healthcare, Inc. and Bristol Hotels and Resorts.  Mr. Read is currently the board chair of the National Investment Center for Seniors Housing and Care (NIC) and is Chairman of the Board of NIC MAP Vision, the leading data provider to the senior living industry.
