Julienne Smith serves as Head of Americas Growth for Hyatt Hotels Corporation, leading the expansion of Hyatt’s portfolio across the Americas. She oversees development initiatives across Hyatt’s Luxury, Lifestyle, Classics, and Essentials brands and works closely with owners, investors, and development partners to support Hyatt’s long-term growth strategy. Smith brings more than 20 years of hospitality industry experience, including prior leadership roles at IHG Hotels & Resorts and Hyatt, where she led hotel development, owner relations, and brand expansion efforts across North America.
